Terms of use

By using Toolvix, you agree to use the tools lawfully and only with documents you have permission to process.

Your documents

You retain ownership of your documents. You are responsible for keeping original copies and checking output before using or distributing it.

Tool limitations

Tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of perfect conversion, compatibility or uninterrupted service. Complex Office layouts may change. OCR can make recognition mistakes. A drawn signature is an image placed on a document and is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Password tools

Use unlocking only for documents you own or are authorized to access. A password is required when the source document requires it. Keep passwords safe; Toolvix cannot recover a forgotten document password.

Independent service

Toolvix is an independent service and is not affiliated with iLovePDF, Microsoft, Adobe or other document software providers.
